Face-to-face Office Visit in Tucson with Dr. Theo

Dr. Theo sees patients who are guests of Canyon Ranch Resort in Tucson or at an outside facility in the Northeast part of Tucson.

New Patient appointments are $895 for up to two hours. Follow-up appointments are $325.

Appointments are scheduled solely by e-mail to:

Once an appointment is made, you'll receive an e-mail or fax of a patient questionaire that you should fill out and bring to the appointment.

Any x-ray reports, lab reports, MRI reports or doctor notes can be faxed to Dr. Theo at

prior to the appointment, or may be brought in to the visit.

Dr. Theo can order labs or radiographic studies, if appropriate, after visiting with you, if you need this type of work.

A receipt for the appointment can be mailed or faxed to you but Dr. Theo does not accept or bill insurance. Some may use a medical savings account.

All of these conditions are required if you wish to proceed with an appointment.
